PER CURIAM.

In 1996, Mitchell Skinner pleaded guilty to capital felony murder and was sentenced to life imprisonment without parole. He subsequently filed in the trial court a petition for postconviction relief pursuant to Criminal Procedure Rule 37 challenging the judgment. The petition was denied, and we affirmed the order. Skinner v. State, CR 96-1284,1998 WL 60516 (February 5, 1998).
