Plaintiff, Jan Klein Kindig, filed a medical malpractice complaint against Defendants, Lance Gooberman, M.D., David Bradway, M.D., et al., alleging that Defendants' negligence in performing a rapid opioid detoxification procedure resulted in the death of her companion Lester Kindig.
