David Hilton was convicted in federal district court in Maine on one count of possessing child pornography. Hilton now appeals, challenging the constitutionality of the statute under which he was convicted, the Child Pornography Prevention Act of 1996 ("CPPA"), 18 U.S.C. § 2252A(a)(5)(B) (Supp. II 1996), and the sufficiency of the government's evidence at trial.
