Before the Court are three motions for summary judgment: one by Defendant Ferdinand De Jesús ("Ferdinand"); one by his brother Cruz De Jesús ("Cruz"); and one by Defendants René Irizarry-Rodríguez ("Irizarry"), Jorge Rentas-Leandry ("Rentas"), and Luis Fraticelli-Lleras ("Fraticelli").
