JOHNSTONE, Justice.

Appellant, Tamara Harper, was convicted of complicity to murder and complicity to first-degree robbery. She was sentenced to twenty years' imprisonment on the murder charge and ten years' imprisonment on the robbery charge, with the sentences ordered to be served concurrently. She appeals to this Court as a matter of right. We reverse and remand.
