ORDER AMENDING OPINION

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the opinion of this court in the above-entitled cause filed February 5, 2001 be, and the same hereby is, amended to read as follows:

Delete the first sentence on page 1 [17 P.3d page 1238] which reads:

GROSSE, J.—A legislative increase in the length of the maximum sentence eligible for a special sexual offender sentencing alternative (SSOSA) operates in conjunction with an increase in the sentence...
