¶ 1 In 1997, Randy Lee Green lived in guest quarters behind Eileen Cochran's house. Upon arriving home in the early morning hours of September 13, he entered the main residence. Cochran was asleep in her room. An acquaintance, Barbara Dowling, was sleeping in a spare bedroom just down the hall.
