Appellant, Toshi McCord, appeals from the trial court's order granting summary judgment in favor of appellee, Edwin Scott Dodds ("Edwin"), on limitations grounds. In two issues, appellant contends the trial court erred in granting Edwin's motion for summary judgment because she used due diligence in serving Edwin with process and the equitable exception doctrine applies....
