LYNCH, Circuit Judge.

Kieu Minh Nguyen was convicted of violating the Hobbs Act, 18 U.S.C. § 1951, by conspiring to obstruct commerce by means of robbery, as well as by aiding and abetting that crime.1 He appeals his conviction and sentence of 109 months imprisonment. We affirm.
