NEWTON, Judge.

Derrick Carr was arrested at 1:50 a.m. on April 21, 2000, for driving while intoxicated (DWI). After a field sobriety test, the arresting officer conducted a breath analyzer test, and the results showed a blood alcohol content of 0.106%. He was issued a notice of suspension of his driver's license on the same date.
