Joseph Selig formed plaintiff, Mario Valente Collezioni, Ltd. ("Mario Valente"), with a partner, A.E. "Sonny" Dann to sell men's overcoats wholesale. Dann owned a company, A.E.D. Imports, Inc. ("AED"), which acted as Mario Valente's factor. AED, Mario Valente and Confezioni Semeraro Paolo ("CSP")1 entered into an agreement in 1994 appointing AED as CSP's exclusive distributor...
