FAIN, Judge.

Plaintiffs-appellants appeal from a summary judgment rendered against them on their claims against defendant-appellee, Joseph Toyota, Inc. They contend that the trial court erred by granting the summary judgment motion filed by Joseph Toyota. We agree. Accordingly, the judgment of the trial court is reversed, and this cause is remanded for further proceedings.
