GRAY, Justice.

While in prison, Donald Rogers was charged with striking a correctional officer in the face with his fist. A prison disciplinary hearing was held, and Rogers was found guilty of violating prison rules and regulations. He was assessed 15 days in solitary confinement, permanent loss of 283 days of good conduct time, and loss of other privileges.
