Alida M. Anton appeals a summary judgment that she take nothing on her claims against Merrill Lynch and Russell Norwood. Appellant's deceased husband had an individual retirement account ("IRA") with Merrill Lynch. Shortly before his death, he removed her as the death beneficiary of his IRA in favor of his surviving children. Appellant claims that, by complying with her husband's request without informing her, the appellees committed
