("Allied"), appeals from two decisions of the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, one granting a directed verdict in favor of defendant-appellee, Ruhlin Company ("Ruhlin"), and another adopting the magistrate's decision that overruled Allied's motions to mold the verdict and to correct the judgment.
