Appellant Edward Lee Collins (Collins) appeals the denial of his Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief without evidentiary hearing. We find that Collins' claims of ineffective assistance of trial and appellate counsel were properly denied by the motion court, but that the motion court improperly denied Collins' request to correct the judgment in the criminal action.
