CASELLAS, District Judge.

A jury convicted appellant Daniel LaFreniere1 (hereinafter "LaFreniere") of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute and to distribute heroin. The district court sentenced him to 120 months in prison, followed by 5 years of supervised release. This appeal ensued. We affirm.
