In this case, we face the question of whether travel expenses incurred in taking the deposition of an expert in a workers' compensation appeal are reimbursable as a "cost of [a] legal proceeding" pursuant to R.C. 4123.512(F). We hold that travel expenses necessary for prosecuting a workers' compensation appeal are reimbursable under R.C. 4123.512(F).
