Plaintiffs-Appellants Standard Management, Inc. (SMI) and Paz F. Abastillas (Abastillas) appeal the June 4, 1999 final judgment of the circuit court of the first circuit in Civil No. 99-0345-01. We will refer to this lawsuit as "SMI# 2." The final judgment was predicated upon the circuit court's order of even date that granted motions brought by the defendants to dismiss the January 27, 1999 complaint and the March 29, 1999 first amended...
