Christina Malik was bitten by a dog, owned by Matthew and Patricia Herman, which she was caring for while the Hermans were on vacation. She appeals the summary judgment dismissing American Family Insurance Company because, the trial court concluded, there was no coverage under the Hermans' homeowners insurance policy. Malik also appeals the summary judgment dismissing the claim against the Hermans under WIS. STAT. § 174.02(1) (1999-2000...
