Plaintiff-appellant AccuSoft Corporation ("AccuSoft") and Defendants-appellees James Palo, Simon Wieczner and Snowbound Software appeal from the district court's rulings on cross-petitions for civil contempt arising out of alleged breaches of a 1996 settlement agreement establishing their respective rights in a piece of computer software.
