Plaintiff John C. Simoudis ("Simoudis") appeals from the order of the trial court which entered judgment for defendant Ford Motor Co. ("Ford") in plaintiff's action for workers' compensation because it determined that plaintiffs claim was not timely. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm.
