Plaintiffs initiated this action for defamation, intentional interference with prospective business advantage, and intentional infliction of emotional distress arising out of statements that defendant Oregon Trout, Inc. (Oregon Trout), made to its members about plaintiffs' business practices. The trial court entered summary judgment in favor of Oregon Trout on all claims.
