Marisol Adames and some ninety-three other flight attendants sued Executive Airlines ("Executive") in July 1999 for violation of various Puerto Rico labor laws. Adames1 argues that she is entitled to compensation and benefits commensurate with the provisions of Commonwealth law dealing with wages, overtime pay, maternity benefits, meal periods, days off, vacation, bonuses...
