Daniel Burgos appeals his convictions and sentence for one count of attempting to possess with intent to distribute cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846 and § 841(a)(1), and one count of money laundering in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1956(a)(1)(A)(i).
