Order unanimously affirmed.

A misdemeanor complaint was filed on June 21, 1999. Thereafter, on July 25, 1999, the misdemeanor complaint was converted to an information. On June 23, 2000, the defendant moved to dismiss the information on the ground that he was denied a speedy trial in violation of CPL 30.30 (1) (b). The court granted the motion, finding a total of 91 days...
