Mary Frost was convicted by a jury of murder in the second degree, § 565.021.1, RSMo 1994,1 and armed criminal action, § 571.015. She was sentenced as a prior offender under § 558.016 to a term of eighteen years' imprisonment for the second-degree murder conviction and three years' imprisonment for the armed criminal action conviction with the sentences to run concurrently.
