Opinion By Justice FITZGERALD.

Ralph Rohret appeals his conviction for driving while intoxicated. After finding appellant guilty, the jury assessed his punishment at fifteen days' confinement in jail and a $2000 fine. The jury recommended "that the fine be suspended." The trial court sentenced appellant to serve the fifteen days in jail, suspended imposition of the fine, and placed appellant on community supervision for two years. As a condition...
