In the case underlying this petition, petitioner Amyn Dahya was served process by a Spanish attorney at his home in Tenerife, Spain, pursuant to a legal action that was commenced in Nevada. Dahya subsequently appeared in the Second Judicial District Court seeking to quash service of process. His motion was denied. As a result, Dahya now petitions this court for a writ of prohibition.
