Kerby Denman appeals the trial court's judgment determining he is a sexually violent person and ordering commitment under WIS. STAT. ch. 980. Denman argues he is entitled to a new trial because the record does not show he was personally advised that the jury's verdict had to be unanimous before he decided to forgo a jury trial.
