¶ 1 Plaintiff brought an action against defendant, her former psychotherapist, for medical malpractice and intentional infliction of emotional distress. The district court granted defendant's motion for summary judgment, ruling that plaintiff's claim for medical malpractice was barred by the statute of limitations and that plaintiff had not alleged facts sufficient to state a claim for intentional infliction of emotional distress.
