¶ 1. FINE, J.

David L. Munroe appeals from a judgment of conviction entered on his guilty plea to possessing fewer than five hundred grams of tetrahydrocannabinol. See WIS. STAT. § 961.41(1m)(h)1. He claims that the trial court erred in not granting his motion to suppress.1 We reverse.
