After the teachers of the New Berlin Education Association (NBEA) worked without a contract for over a year, the NBEA bargaining representatives and the New Berlin Public School District (District) reached a tentative agreement for the duration of 1997-2001. This agreement resulted in the 1997-1999 and 1999-2001...
