KIDD, J.

A jury convicted appellant Apparajan Ganesan on two counts of solicitation to commit murder. See Tex. Penal Code Ann. §§ 15.03, 19.02 (West 1994). The jury found that appellant solicited Reda Sue Prier to kill Sudha Vallabhaneni, appellant's wife, and Amy Wright, the lawyer representing Vallabhaneni in her divorce action.
