The appellants in this case are Dale Hurst and Donny Hurst, who are trustees of the Glen Cox Residual Trust, and who farm tracts of land in Randolph County known as the Cox Trust Estate and the Cherry Estate. The appellees are Herman Holland and other members of his family (collectively referred to simply as "Holland,") who own and farm the tract of land directly south of the Cox Estate.
