OPINION

ANDERSON, Justice.

Appellant pleaded guilty to the offense of driving while intoxicated. Appellant and the State agreed on punishment and the trial court assessed punishment at 180 days in the Brazos County Jail and a $2,000 fine. The trial court suspended the sentence and one-half of the fine, and placed appellant on community supervision for eighteen months.
