Petitioners Teresa Ballard, Kenisha Bryant, and Cheryl King petition this court for a writ prohibiting Respondent Clark County Circuit Court from requiring Petitioners to post a supersedeas bond pending the outcome of an appeal filed by Petitioners. In support of their petition, Petitioners argue that the circuit court is without authority to order the posting of a bond, as the Petitioners have not requested a stay of the proceedings pending the appeal...
