This appeal from a judgment of the Erie County Court involves the constitutionality of an antinoise ordinance enacted by the Council of the village of Kelleys Island. The trial court determined that the ordinance was not unconstitutionally vague or overbroad and therefore did not violate either the United States Constitution or the Ohio Constitution.
