DURHAM, Justice:

¶ 1 Appellant Rick Dee Keebler ("Keebier") appeals pro se from the trial court's judgment, pursuant to the Utah Controlled Substances Act, Utah Code Ann. 58-37-13(1998), ordering forfeiture of his 1980 Cadillac and $3676 in United States currency to the State of Utah. We affirm.
