Appellant, C.A. Edwards, served as guardian for his stepmother, Hazel Edwards. Shelly Pena, a former employee of Hazel Edwards, brought suit against appellant alleging various causes of action. Appellant counterclaimed, alleging Pena breached a fiduciary duty to Hazel Edwards. Following a trial to the jury, the court rendered judgment in favor of Pena. Appellant appeals this...
