Plaintiff, Thomas J. GRAY, and defendants (collectively referred to as "Nationwide") have separately moved under Rule 59(e) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure for "reconsideration"1 of this court's March 29, 2001 Decision and Order denying both sides' motions for summary judgment.
