Defendant Jody Ira Reynolds, a passenger in a vehicle stopped for a traffic infraction, contends that he was unconstitutionally seized when the lone officer at the scene directed him to remain in the vehicle until the officer had finished processing the driver's arrest on an outstanding warrant.
