This is an appeal of a take-nothing judgment entered after a jury verdict in a legal malpractice case. Joseph Sutton sued attorney A.F. McCormick for legal malpractice, claiming that McCormick was negligent in preparing certain legal documents related to a transaction between Sutton and Texas Ostrich Company.
