Relator, Charles Steiger, filed a petition for a writ of mandamus asking this Court to order the respondent, the Honorable Abel Limas, Presiding Judge of the 404th District Court of Cameron County, to vacate an order "ungranting" a new trial in Cause No. 97-09-6016-E.
