Nita Mastin sued her former husband, John Mastin, for breach of their contractual alimony agreement. All issues relating to the alimony arrearage were determined in Nita's favor through partial summary judgment. The issues of acceleration of future payments and attorney's fees were resolved in Nita's favor after a bench trial. Because we conclude that Nita did not give clear notice of an intent to accelerate future payments...
