This is an action in negligence arising out of the plaintiffs fall in the parking lot of the defendant's cinema complex. After trial, judgment was entered for the plaintiff in the amount of $10,000.00, and the defendant filed what it captioned as a Dist./Mun. Cts. R. A. D. A., Rule 8A, expedited appeal.
