This is an appeal by The Home Depot from a judgment in the Quincy District Court awarding the plaintiff nominal damages in the sum of $25.00 and granting an injunction against Home Depot requiring compliance with the Item Pricing Regulations issued by the Attorney General pursuant to G.Lc. 93A, §2(c).
