This is a Dist./Mun. Cts. R. A. D. A., Rule 8C, appeal by plaintiff Raymond M. Hayes ("Hayes") of the dismissal of his complaint for "malicious abuse of process" brought against Ira H. Zaleznik ("Zaleznik"), an attorney. Zaleznik has, in turn, appealed the trial judge's refusal to award him attorney's fees upon that dismissal. This current litigation is the culmination of almost two decades of administrative and judicial clashes between the City of Revere...
