Appellant, Bobbie Parsons (Parsons) recovered from the Estate of Darwin Trynor a judgment in the amount of $129,600 for unpaid wages, together with $40,122.50 for prejudgment interest from the date of death. The personal representative appealed that judgment, and Parsons filed a cross-appeal of the trial court's ruling disallowing one of his additional claims.
