KNOLL, Justice.
This writ concerns whether compliance with LA.REV.STAT. §§ 32:661(C)(1) and 32:666(A), in particular the requirement that prior to testing the officer read the suspect under arrest for driving while intoxicated his right to refuse to take a chemical test, e.g., the Intoxilyzer 5000 test, is a necessary prerequisite for the admissibility of the test results.
